If you are not satisfied with the results, please return the unused portion of Memory MD in the original bottle within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please obtain RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling our customer service department (866)MEMORYMD - M - F  8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. There will be NO Questions Asked!

Return Policy. Please include your RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), obtained from our customer service department. If the purchase was made by check or money order you will receive a refund by check. If the purchase was made on-line or by phone using a credit card, you will receive a credit to that credit card. Returns will not be processed without the RMA number. 
The returned package should be post-marked no later than 15 days from the date of the purchase.
